Now, meaning of the word "detoxification" is narrowed down to cleansing human colon, kidneys and liver in order to lose some pounds. Anything which enables functioning of these systems and organs, helps your natural body detoxification. And anything that reduces the intake of harmful toxins on your organism with the energy sources mentioned previously, aids keeping your organism clean and healthful in the first place. Thus, proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle, adequate exercising, sustaining clean living environment, proper rest and positive thinking are essential parts of keeping the body of yours healthy as well as strong. And it is all that you have to have for maintaining proper sense of balance in your organism: zero extra aids, mediations, fasting or diet plans needed.
