Even though the specific description of fitness and health is able to be a bit complex or unclear and also the definition of actual physical fitness can vary, nearly all federal health agencies and workout scientists agree that there are 5 elements of fitness and health related to health. These components present a rather accurate representation of how healthy and fit the body is as a complete (overall or total fitness). The five elements are cardiovascular health (also known as cardio respiratory stamina and cardiovascular endurance), muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body make up.
Let us take a better look at these parts separately.
1.) Cardiovascular fitness (or cardio respiratory endurance or cardiovascular endurance)
