Our parents have instructed us in brushing our teeth inside 12 months in our growing our teeth. But, as we mature we ignore the value of dental hygiene.
Breath (bad or good) is as much an indicator of the standing of ours. If we have bad breath, folks hesitate to come closer to us and in cases which are extreme, avoid us.

An ordinary healthy human being needs to possess food every 3 4 hours (except after the supper) of ours.
